Founded on Lived Experience
Prospect Hill started in 2010 as a small respite service on the farm of Drs Richard Brown and Erin O'Neill. Richard and Erin lived the support experience in their own home for 7 years, providing respite and support services to people with disabilities.
That hands-on experience became the foundation of everything Prospect Hill does. The organisation grew from a single farm-based service into one of Australia's most trusted NDIS providers, now operating across New South Wales and Queensland.
Our guiding principle has never changed: investing in services and facilities to ensure participants are in the best place — physically, psychologically, and socially.
